I know most of my holistic peers don’t agree with me on this. That’s fine. This isn’t a consensus reality.
You know the saying, “You are what you eat”? I disagree…so much. You are what you think and what you feel. Wayne Dyer, “The more you change the way you look at things the things you look at change.”
I love it when Abraham-Hicks gets a new person up to ask a question and she asks them, “Do they tell you what to eat?” I think it goes over the head of the person in the audience asking a question but I find it hilarious.
From my 15 years in clinical practice and from reading the science backing up the reason for why the body is the way it is, I believe that hardly anyone understands why the body is the way it is…really.
You are what you feel and what you think and then your mind manifests it.
Your vibration has been proven to be absorbed by all of your cells and literally changes them. What is your vibration? Your vibration is the dominant feelings you run and your habitual thoughts, beliefs, and ideas all day. It’s also what you absorb from other people because you don’t have the boundaries up around your body. It’s also what you decide to watch and take INTO your mind all day instead of being focused on your own body, your own thoughts, your own breath, and feelings. The latter is what you’re shooting for being centered and grounded. Then you can hang around in public and not habitually suck the public energy into your space.
Yes, food has vibration, by itself, without anyone in the room. All the plants and animals we eat used to be alive and have their own vibrant qi. Then we killed them. So we all eat dead food unless we just picked it or just killed it. But THERE IS NO WAY that any food sitting there on the counter has a stronger vibration on its own, affecting your cells than your feelings and thoughts right at this moment about the food.
The fact is, your thoughts and feelings are what affect the food, not the other way around. The food does not have power over you, you are the one that has the power over it. Your attitude toward the food you eat, your feelings about the food you eat is what makes the foods vibration. That fact is the origin of blessing food before eating it is aligning our minds and blessing ourselves no matter what we eat so that we are in a loving frame of mind.
So, eat whatever you want, dream up your life, meditate and feel your cells vibrating and lose the guilt! Be happy while you’re eating and that alone changes your metabolism. Other things do too, but ignore the toxic emotions projected on to food or anything for that matter, by other human beings and the media.
Salad looks really good to me, but so does the Laffy Taffy sometimes. If I get happy thinking about it, it raises my vibration and eating it cannot bring my vibration down unless I change my thoughts and feelings about it. Because they both make me happy, they are both healthy and they both taste good. But if you really believe it’s bad, don’t eat it because then you are eating the bad vibes you just projected onto it! It’s all about what you believe, not the thing itself.
Let’s see how long this takes to catch on in our compulsive, materialistic culture where everyone gives away their thoughts and feelings to everything they see outside of themselves to avoid dealing with or knowing their own thoughts and feelings, thus their own power.
It’s not quite fully understood yet and I don’t believe there’s a scientific formula for it, but people are starting to observe the fact that emotions you run accidentally, by default, in reaction to events, others, OR on purpose… duplicate.
There are no right or wrong, just or unjust feelings. Everyone is free to feel whatever they feel at any moment in time and then receive the repercussion. It’s nature.
If you throw a ball straight up into the air, it will come down.
If you’re in the habit too long of sitting in and running negative emotion, it becomes an automatic pilot and then your body will begin to break down.
If you’re in the habit of daily getting up and feeling and enjoying your body, grateful to be alive one more day knowing it’s going to end someday and deciding to drink it in and run the race, your body will remain strong and vigorous.
Some people put on a good front that they’re happy, but their body tells the truth.
If you tell the truth about how you feel, let go and move on to the next one, you will be well.
If you deny or cover how you really feel and never let it go, you’re making yourself ill. Sure, you can do it with a smile on your face, but your body tells the truth about how you feel and a healer can feel it.
The doctors in white coats have come to be mostly about drugs and surgery in response to how misaligned Americans are with their own flesh. Many times, none of that is necessary. The flesh can be healed by moving the deep blood or Qi. Blood is Qi.
The responsibility is not entirely on them that they aren’t offering you what you really need. It is a market after all; supply and demand are in play and most Americans demand something quick because they don’t know any better. The information and choices with regard to being well are out there, but then they have to read and ask questions. Well, if they don’t want to do that the whining and blame begins and here we have the condition of our current healthcare system.
The health insurance companies make a lot of money off of this dis-empowering dynamic and the federal government gets a cut by intimidating you into a mandatory program that doesn’t work, mostly because it doesn’t include what does work; mind, body, spirit. It’s great for sick people and those that don’t take care of themselves but not for most of us.
The public wants as many ways as possible to self medicate and keep their feelings under the carpet so they can keep their addiction going until they’re six feet under. It’s this American mentality that gave us Trump. It’s very red. “Don’t mix up my provincial haven with diversity, culture and choices.” They want to lock in a time warp, alcoholism firmly entrenched with rigid religion and Hallmark holidays and “nobody touch that dial!”. They don’t even have a HDTV or cell phone. This is a majority of America in 2017. I can’t believe we’re still in Mayberry RFD but the world is going much too fast for most Americans and they’ve brought in an orange monster to make it stop with “alternative facts”. The people who live in the cities and on the coasts just laugh at them. It’s not working.
I and my peers are over here on the leading edge, looking at quantum physics and Abraham-Hicks, Reiki, Deep tissue therapy that moves the blood which is qi, herbs and chakra balancing. I put my hands on a patients body with a heart full of love to set an example and I feel joy doing this. I use Reiki and teach my patients how their thoughts and feelings manifest into their tissue, then I help them release it. All of my patients acknowledge and can feel the mind/body connection. I m very proud of that. They are made aware of it through my touch. That is the case for all healthcare practitioners who put their hands on patients. We are called to a higher integrity in our hearts and minds. And we are called to practice strong boundaries between professional care and personal care.
In a healthcare office where touch is involved there is no personal care. We use draping and there is no nudity. In addition, we are not to use techniques that hurt the patient. I’ve gotten a lot of complaints about that. Patients tell me that massage therapists have hurt them going too hard with to much oil pointing thumb tips or elbows into their flesh. That’s called nociceptive treatment and is un-called for. Pain is not therapeutic it’s sadistic.
Also, there can be no physical intimacy, and it’s illegal. These boundaries are still being established, but it degrades the holistic professions if there is any crossover. I believe this is an issue in the public mind especially with regard to massage therapy where oil is used. I do manual therapy, deep tissue work in my office so there is no full body spa massage. What I do is health care and can be covered by insurance if the insurance companies would cooperate. I get physician scripts all the time that they pay no attention to.
Hopefully, soon, soft tissue specialists will have doctorate level licensing and there won’t be any more confusion regarding which soft tissue treatment is entertainment and which one is healthcare. It will be coming.
Psyche-The human soul, mind, or spirit
So psychology, psychic, and those delving into the psyche have much in common.
Body, Mind, Spirit embodies all health care (the body) Mind (all minds), and Spirits (all spiritual teaching)
There is no separation now between your physical body, your mind and your thoughts, and how you feel, and what you believe and value. This will be the way real healthcare is approached now in the 21st century.
Below are the real privileges in the light of the scientific fact of ONE human race living in many diverse cultures. There are not many races, there are many different looks to humans within many different cultures. We are all one but we express ourselves differently.
We are privileged to all have a body.
We are privileged to all have a mind.
We are privileged to all have a spirit.
There is no other privilege.
We are all equal in the privilege of having, for a time, a body, mind, and spirit with which we are able to create our lives. Birth, culture, and upbringing can all be CHANGED by taking into our own hands, all of us, body, mind, and spirit.
To help us, we’ve all been given psychic senses. Remember the meaning of the word psyche from above and erase the silly media pictures of a psychic.
Clairsentience-spiritual feeling or empathy (sacred heart of Christ)
Ask and you shall receive, but you are born being strong in one of them. For instance, being a healer, I am clairsentient. I am a healer in that I’m healing myself and have the ability to feel others feelings as I feel my own and help them become aware of themselves.
As you clear your mind of negative memories and habit of negative feelings such as jealousy, fear, anger, coveting, abuse, confusion, release the memory from your body and take your power of choice into your own mind, you will slowly move from the subconscious mind of your birth, culture, and upbringing into the mind of your own choosing. Your subconscious mind will never go away but you won’t be a prisoner to it any longer either.

This is a cell membrane bound carrier, carrying the vibration with which you program it, IN YOUR BODY. Your THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS program it and it goes directly into every single cell in your body. Science.
It is time to focus, turn off the negative media and stop reacting habitually to our national crisis. I have to do it too. We have a prime opportunity here to look square in the face of Donald Trump, and his actions, as THE SHADOW of our worst parts. He is a gift. A gift of a MIRROR! Once we’ve looked, then we can drop it. I will too.
The focus needs to be on OUR OWN HEART and the focus our OUR OWN MINDS and emotions to get them aligned with ALL THAT IS/God/Source. The government, The church, the so-called holy books, the group think will not turn things around for us and we need to stop looking outward to institutions to do it. They…have….never …worked.
Love yourself and then you will love others, warts and all, because you have warts! Love your own imperfections that are evolving. Pray. Meditate. Make peace with how you feel and release your past, whatever drama you’ve accepted into yourself. Life is short. There is power in your body and everyone has a body. Look there for your power. It’s equal for everyone.
I have a boundary to set with the commentors on #1 of this post. I am an extremely open minded person that listens to how people feel for a living. I’ve been doing it for 15 years. You are welcome to comment, of course, on the ideas I put forward. But I will cut you off if you simply slam and criticize in anger and negativity in the comments section. I ask that you make constructive criticism, helpful comments regarding a perspective I may not have seen. You have to be civil to me. I don’t allow myself to be mistreated by anyone, for any reason.
I had 4000+ views on my response to Dina since I posted it 6 days ago and many agreed with me and a few did not. I have observed that between WordPress and Facebook and the women I talk to directly, there is an emotional savior complex among women, “we’re in this together”, “don’t deviate” attitude. It’s a very patriarchal attitude and very “churchy” and sacrificial. That is not the kind of movement I will join because in the end it’s controlling and selfish. Women need to take care of themselves and ask for what they want and need and then ask others to join them. It’s empowerment and in my life, it’s based in Spirituality. Everyone is different and no preaching is necessary.
#1 HEALTH OF OUR BODIES AND MINDS and learning how to ask for what we need with regard to it.
I would like women’s health care and women’s right to control our bodies to be a focus. To a great degree, we can do much of this for ourselves. I live in my body 24/7 and it belongs to me. Especially in holistic medicine, my health is in my hands. But for some women, it’s not as simple. For now, we need both allopathic and holistic health care.
I’ve also seen many, many comments that not all women from all opinions and persuasions are being welcomed into the movement; in particular, women who do not support abortion and women who prefer peace, not a closed fist. I personally know two women who voted for Trump just on that issue alone. If feminists are discussing women’s bodies and feelings about reproduction, we need to just LISTEN to the feelings and ideas from all corners. It does not have to be in our platform or in our legislative agenda per se, but we owe it to all women to listen to their point of view if it’s presented in a civil manner.
Since I’m on the issue of civil manner, a women’s movement will in no way be taken seriously by Congress or anyone intelligent who could potentially fund the movement unless we stop the drama, the anger, the religious fanaticism, and the intolerance for those that don’t agree with us.
#2-Passage of the Equal Rights Amendment to the Constitution of the U.S.
- Section 1. Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of sex.
- Section 2. The Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.
- Section 3. This amendment shall take effect two years after the date of ratification.
That’s the whole thing and it still hasn’t been passed. I just saw this online and I couldn’t believe it.
There is already an Equal Pay Act of 1963 signed by JFK. Women need to read it, know the law and make sure it’s enforced in any job you take. You can find it online. Be brave!
I’m stating this and anyone else who feels this way can wrap their mind and heart around it. Essentially, these are mental mantras that you repeat to yourself over and over, or in a small group to set positive energy. These are not demands or expectations. This is a list of what I want and maybe some other women will as well.
- I want to be a happy woman and for everyone else to be happy as well
- I want to be a thriving woman and for everyone else to thrive as well
- I want to advocate for myself in confidence
- I want to step up to who I really am and be honest
- I want to hear happy hearted women lead the movement the loudest
- I want to know that everything is working out for each of us as individuals
- I want to live interdependently, not co-dependently or addicted as a woman
- I want to live safely in the world as a woman
- I want to know that no matter how many times attempted victimization is foisted on me, I do not have to accept the feeling of being a victim or the label of being a victim. I want to know that I have the right to be here, to be in my body, and to choose my life as I see fit.
- I want to know that Source energy, female and male, upholds me in my empowerment
- I want affordable healthcare for my female body.
- I want access to licensed, professional, holistic medicine for my female body and my children.
- I want my children to live safely in the world, playful and eager
- I want more people on Earth to feel better
- I want more stability and security as a woman
- I want to be safe and secure in my home as a woman
- I want the household chores split equally in my home
- I want sex to be discussed openly and our sexual needs met equally in my home
- I demand to be treated as an equal in my home with a male mate
- I want to be equal among humanity as a woman
- I accept the different sexual expressions and orientations of other women
- I do not support violence as a woman, from me, to me or my children
- I do not support the societal over-objectification of women’s looks for profit
- I want to thrive as a woman
- I want to work in a robust economy as a woman
- I want more of my own money and control of it as a woman
- I want equal access to bank loans as a woman
- I want to be listened to and respected as much as men as an intelligent woman
- I demand credit for my work and my ideas in the workplace as a woman
- I want to have more fun as a woman
- I want to feel at ease in my community as a woman
- I want to see people in affinity with me safely, around the world, as a woman
- I want to appreciate everyone’s point of view even if we’re not in agreement, as a woman
- I want to feel balance in diversity as a woman
- In this movement, in my female circles, I want me or my women friends to speak first and lead before a male. This is OUR TIME to come forward on behalf of all women in the world who want to be happy, healthy, and empowered to have a good life. We do it in the way only women can.
